10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Our activities: Chatham merchant sidewalk sales; outdoor dining; hand-made crafts and artwork; show-and-tell displays on everything from honey bees to planting trees; fun and games for kids of all ages
A brief history: For centuries Chatham has provided a welcome stop for travelers and merchants along the Fishawackthe Lenni Lenape Indian’s term for the Passaic River. In 1971, Chatham’s Chamber of Commerce spun that idea into a lively downtown festival, a tradition that’s since evolved into an areawide, annual celebration of our friendship, charm and community pride.
Featured Events: Local Art Exhibit at the Library of the Chathams, Craft & Vendors, Chatham Jaycee's Fishawack Run, Kids' Fun Zone, Live Entertainment, Pop Up Entertainment, Food Court, Shop Chatham, Car Show, Art for Hope Exhibit at Borough Hall, Senior Lounge, Northern Jersey Bloodmobile, Firematics, School Days @ Boro Hall, Volunteer Recognition and a Movie Under the Stars @ Dusk.
