Swine Flu Informational Update -

A public health emergency has been declared to deal with the emerging swine flu virus.
Federal health officials said that 20 swine flu cases have been reported so far.
If anyone develops flu like symptoms, such as fever, aches and pains, coughing, diarrhea, or vomiting please consult your physician and stay home form work or school.
The best way to help prevent infection is to avoid anyone who is ill, cover coughs and sneezes.
Washing you hands for at last 20 to 30 seconds with soap and water is one of the best preventative measures.
