ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT SPECIAL MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Borough of Chatham Zoning Board of Adjustment, will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, commencing at 7:00PM. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, located at 54 Fairmount Avenue, Chatham, New Jersey.  The purpose of this Special meeting is to hear the application of GSB Main Street, LLC, Block 64 Lots 46 &47, 302 & 308 Main Street, Chatham Borough, New Jersey.  This application was carried from the February 26, 2025 Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting. Formal action may be taken.
