Mission Statement: 

The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Advisory Committee is dedicated to ensuring all residents, employees and visitors of Chatham feel welcomed, valued and respected. We encourage dialogue to better understand issues within our community and are committed to building and sustaining a culture where all forms of diversity are represented and members of our community feel safe and supported. We denounce racism, bigotry, prejudice and discrimination and remain committed to celebrating all of the differences and similarities that make our community strong.
