NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Special Meeting of the Mayor and Borough Council of the Borough of Chatham will be held virtually via Zoom and Facebook Live only on Monday, February 21, 2022, at 7:30 p.m., Borough Hall – Council Chambers, 54 Fairmount Avenue, Chatham, New Jersey.

The public may participate by dialing 929-205-6099 (Meeting ID: 812 4779 0166) or obtain online access using the following URL:https://us02web.zoom.us/j/81247790166

No formal action will be taken at this meeting. Instead, the Mayor and Council will open the meeting, allow for Public Comment, and immediately thereafter adjourn into Closed Session to discuss; Pending Affordable Housing Litigation and Attorney Client Privileged Advice Regarding Affordable Housing and any other matters that can be lawfully be discussed in Closed Session.

This notice is being provided in compliance with the Open Public Meetings Act, P.L. 1975, c. 231 and P.L. 2020, c. 11.
